All services, including but not limited to website development, digital marketing, consulting, and related technical services, are delivered as per the mutually agreed requirements between the client and Knack Marketech Consulting.

Payments

Payments made to Knack Marketech Consulting confirm acceptance of the agreed service scope. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Project Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback, and required revisions. Delays caused by missing client information or approvals are not the responsibility of Knack Marketech Consulting.

Liability

Knack Marketech Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use delivered services or products.

Changes to Terms

Knack Marketech Consulting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
